Eligibility Criteria for the XGMT exam
All candidates wishing to appear for XGMT 2025 must meet the eligibility criteria. Those who meet the requirements can proceed with the registration and application process.
The XGMT eligibility criteria, as specified by the conducting body, are as follows:
- Applicants must possess a three-year Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in any discipline with a minimum of 55% aggregate marks (60% for MBA-UMG) from a recognized university.
- Candidates who have graduated with 1st, 2nd, or 3rd positions in their undergraduate program are eligible to apply directly to the MBA-RM and MBA-UMG programs without a valid CAT/XAT/GMAT/XGMT score, provided they include a certificate from the Head of their Institution verifying their rank. They must, however, participate in the Personal Interview round.
- Candidates who do not meet all the degree requirements by a specified date will have their admission canceled.
- Additionally, once enrolled in a program at the university, candidates are not allowed to take examinations at any other institution or agency.
