Eligibility Criteria for the MICAT exam
- To be eligible for the MICAT exam for PGDM-C and PGDM, candidates must have a bachelor’s degree of at least three years’ duration or its equivalent from an AIU-recognised institution, with a minimum of 50% marks or equivalent CGPA.
- Final-year students and those awaiting results are also eligible. They must submit the required institutional certificate by 30 June 2027 and their final mark sheet and passing certificate by 31 December 2027.
- There is no specified maximum age limit for appearing in MICAT. Candidates must meet the educational requirements of their chosen programme.
- Candidates applying for PGDM-C and PGDM must have taken CAT 2026, XAT 2027, or GMAT (2025 onwards). All applicants must also appear for MICAT. CAT/XAT/GMAT scores are not mandatory for certain other MICA programmes.
